Entrepreneurs Select Associates With a “Strong Desire To Succeed”

Entrepreneurs engaged in selecting associates to work with on their team need to choose people who exhibit a “Strong Desire to Succeed.”

Do you get up in the morning ready to make a difference?  Are you excited about going to work?  Do you have energy in your voice when you answer the phone?  Are you enthusiastic about helping people?  Are you excited about life?  If you are a successful entrepreneur, you probably answered “yes” to all of these questions.

When you engage people to work with you on your team, don’t you want  people who can answer “yes” to the same questions?  Select associates who exhibit a “Strong Desire to Succeed.”

Once you have chosen a person with a strong desire, you can train himor her to do the specific job.  Without the strong desire, though, you waste your time and resources.  Be selective, choose people with a “strong desire to succeed!”

While Darin has taken his prior company public previously, he says that it has become much more difficult to do so at this time.  He is very brave to have accomplished this.  Even Facebook as huge and powerful as it is, has decided to hold off going public for a couple more years.

Summary of Innovation at the Social Network, PeopleString

This PeopleString story is explained in my previous post; and it is quite lengthy, so following is a summary about the innovation at the social network, PeopleString.
 
PeopleString is the Social Network that is also a complete Web Portal.  This means that users can access everything they do on the web from this Homepage, or Web Portal.  The reason that people would want to do this is that 70% of the PeopleString company revenues are paid to the users!  And PeopleString is FREE to join–people who use it do not have to spend a dime. 
 
The concept is that as the organization grows and you have a “String” of thousands of people using the site, you will get paid based on the activity of people using the site.  This is no different than accessing MSN, Yahoo, Google, FaceBook, AOL, etc., except that the Users get paid for doing what they are already doing on the internet.
Because PeopleString is a technological company, it is continuing to be lead by innovation:
 
1) The current PeopleString Web Portal (behind the scenes) is currently in redesign.  The new customizable home page with a new look and feel will be released in October.
 
2) The company has a Gaming Division, which is called Reward String.  This is where Gaming Developer Companies can Reward their players for using their App or Game, and is also a powerful tool for making sure their App is actively used, and not just installed.
 
The first game, which is by App Genius, is now available on FaceBook, called My Mad Millions.  Players who would like to get paid to play this game need to first sign up with PeopleString.  PeopleString has brought 40,000 users to the game to date.  Another new game is coming soon.
 
3) PeopleString also has a Products Division.  This Division is where another innovative technology will be soon released.  This new technology will allow businesses to advertise at a local level and will be efficient and cost effective.

There are many ways to make money with PeopleString.  You get paid on your referrals, you get paid on company ad revenue, cash-back shopping, quick-cash surveys, etc.  PeopleString is NOT a get-rich-quick scheme.  It is a steady growth of a lot of people using the PeopleString Portal to do the things they are already doing on the internet.

 
How to Get Equity in PeopleString!
 
This  is a really exciting time for Stringers!  PeopleString is becoming a major internet company that will soon be a household name with proprietary technologies that no one else has.  Big-name companies are lining up to use PeopleString technologies, and due to this high demand, the stock options will be worth a lot within the next 12 months.
 
There were millionaires made back when Yahoo and Google started, and the same thing is about to happen with PeopleString.  It’s important to get equity before PeopleString gets big because it will be expensive afterwards.  Since members of PeopleString have helped the company grow, the company has been awarding stock options and has made it very easy to get valuable equity in the company before it goes public.  BUT there is a very short window to do so, because PeopleString is about to stop awarding equity for it will be a “Publicly Traded Company” in just a FEW WEEKS!
 
There are Two Ways to Get Equity:
 
1)  Become a member of PeopleString .  While you are on the HomePage of the PeopleString website, click on “Reward String,” and Upgrade for $250.00.  For this limited time, there are only approx 1,300 upgrades still available.  With this upgrade you will also receive 250 people under you that will be rotated to you as they come in.  This upgrade will also increase your % of revenue sharing on your first 6 levels.  You will need to get other people to upgrade on your direct line.  For the second upgrade, you get 2,000 shares, and for the third, you get a total of 6,000 options!  You get 2,000 additional stock options for each one thereafter.  This is how you could seriously make $100,000 or more.
 
2)  This second way to get equity is with the People Products Division.   Here you would go on your PeopleString website to “Tools” and click on the Upgrade Section for $200, and then purchase 2 cases of the Black Grape drink for $49 each.  This will be a total cost of $300.00.  Doing this will get you 2,000 Stock Options that are potentially worth at least $10 or more each.  So spending $300 that could make you $20,000 or more without even signing anyone up is HUGE.  For people that cannot sponsor anyone, this is the way to go.
 
This People Products Division is going to be big.  It’s separate from PeopleString and could possibly become a Publicly Traded Company also.  Regardless…when you upgrade in the People Product Division and upgrade members in your direct line, you get 2,000 for PeopleString AND 2,000 for People Products if and when they do go public.  So really you are getting 4,000 stock options for each Upgrade!
 
We have only a short time to get the word out to everyone.  There are going to be many people that will become very wealthy from this.  Just wait until you see the technology that today is still a secret at PeopleString!

Internet Entrepreneurs need to be aware of the need to protect our networks from world-wide hackers.  It’s not just about your local computer network–it’s about much more:  we’re talking about a complex system with millions of computers operating on many networks, running thousands of applications and programs.  We’re talking about the Internet.  The sheer complexity of this system makes it difficult to understand and defend against attacks.  That’s why your network can be vulnerable in many ways and you may not even know it.

 by James Fallows, in the March 2010 edition of  The Atlantic, significant threats called CyberWar exist–not just from China but from Russia and elsewhere–on America’s electronic networks costing millions of dollars and could in the extreme, cause the collapse of financial life, the halt of most manufacturing systems, and the evaporation of all the data and knowledge stored on the internet. 
 
This threat is so profound, in fact, that the U.S. military has added another branch, called CYBERCOM, the launch of U.S. Cyber Command.
Note:  The United States Cyber Command is a United States armed forces sub-unified command subordinate to United States Strategic Command.  The command was officially activated May 21, 2010 at Fort Meade, Maryland, and is slated to reach full operational readiness by October 2010.
 
Modern day computer systems, comprised of millions of lines of software code, are wrought with bugs and exploitable weaknesses.  Education is your best defense.  Understanding the fundamental concepts of how computers and networks operate is important, but it is becoming crucial to understand how attackers are exploiting weaknesses in these systems, and how to defend your network against them.
